Income for Life: "Maslow Meets Retirement" provides a 1-year license for the Income for Life Workbook.

We will all eventually need to engage in a conversation about developing an income stream that lasts as long as we do, and that outpaces the inflation that threatens to “rot” our nest egg slowly but surely. The Income for Life Workbook helps advisors have this dialogue with their clients. As a financial rendition of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the workbook helps advisors discuss a client’s financial needs, from basic survival to dream scenarios:

Survival Income: What do your clients need to make ends meet?
Safety Income: What do your clients need to meet life’s unexpected turns (job loss, divorce, etc.)?
Freedom Income: What do your clients need in order to do all of the things that bring enjoyment and fulfillment to their lives (travel, adventure, personal growth, etc.)?
Gift Income: What do your clients need to enable them to support causes they care deeply about?
Dream Income: What do your clients need to fulfill their dreams (career change, sailing around the world, etc.)?
